Terms and Conditions

We provide professional auto detailing services including but not limited to exterior washing, interior cleaning, vacuuming, and more. Services requested by the customer will be listed on the invoice or service confirmation.

Appointments are required for all services. Please be available or have your vehicle available at the scheduled time at the scheduled address. Late appearances may result in reduced service time or rescheduling.

Payment is due in full upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made. We accept [Cash, E-transfer, Mobile payment apps (PayPal)].

Please remove all personal belongings prior to your appointment. Prestige Auto Spa, is not responsible for lost or damaged items left in the vehicle. Heavily soiled vehicles (e.g., excessive pet hair, mold, biohazards) may be subject to additional fees.

We take the utmost care with your vehicle. However, Prestige Auto Spa is not liable for 

pre-existing damage, paint imperfections, or wear and tear revealed during or after the detailing process. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours of service.

In the event of inclement weather, mobile appointments may be rescheduled (If a garage is not available). We will contact you as soon as possible to make alternative arrangements.

If you are not satisfied with the service provided, please notify us within 24 hours. We will make every effort to address and resolve any concerns.
